6 inch chain saw

After reviewing numerous sites listing their small handheld chain saws I decided to go with IMOUM. After experiencing a small issue I contacted customer service and they were excellent. After a few good emails with representatives they were able to identify and resolve my issue. They immediately sent out a replacement part and I was able to get my saw up and running within a very short period of time.
They definitely stood by their product and gain a customer because of this quick response.
Customer service with this company was fantastic and if I need a product in the future I will look at this company before going anywhere else to see if they have what I need.

extra saw blades

Saw works well However, I purchased the 'people also buy' extra blades, oil. The extra blades (4) are for 4 Inch saw---Wont work on a 6 inch saw

Worthless BATTERIES/CHARGER are CRAP!!!

Received as a Christmas gift. Used today for first time and when batteries were drained, one battery will NOT CHARGE even though it has been plugged into the charger for 2.5 hrs multiple times and shows a constant green light, yet the battery has no green indicator lights showing. The other is on for like 5 minutes and it’s indicator lights are all lit up yet only works for about 2-3 minutes. Have yet to see a RED CHARGING LIGHT on the charger.
The unit when it was working did work as advertised so the question that is begging to be asked why are theses BATTERIES and CHARGER CRAP? Need to find a good alternative battery and charger
