1. First-time Setup Guide

1. Unboxing Inspection
Upon receiving the product, please confirm all accessories are included:
Chainsaw Body, 1 Battery, Charger, Tool Kit, User Manual
*If parts are missing or damaged during transit, please contact customer service.
2. Fully Charge the Battery
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.
3. Check Chain Tension
A loose chain may fall off; a tight chain may shorten motor life.
Correct state: Pull the chain down gently; there should be a 2mm–4mm gap, and it should
snap back to the guide bar after release.
4. Lubricate the Chain
Apply the included lubricant directly onto the chain.
5. Starting the Machine
Install the battery → Hold the machine firmly → Press the safety lock → Press the power
switch → Start cutting after the chain begins rotating.

2. Overheats

1.Why the Machine Overheats
When the chainsaw is used continuously for a long time, under heavy workload, or in
high-temperature environments, the chainsaw may activate overheating protection
andtemporarily stop working.
2.What to Do
Please follow these steps:
• Stop using the machine immediately
• Remove the battery
• Place the machine in a cool and ventilated area
• Wait 10–15 minutes before reinstalling the battery and restarting
3.How to Prevent Overheating
To reduce overheating, please:
• Avoid continuous heavy-duty cutting
• Do not force the machine while cutting
• Cut thicker wood in sections
• Keep the chain sharp and properly lubricated

4.Important Reminder
Allowing the machine to rest periodically can effectively extend the lifespan of both the
motor and the battery.

3. Won't Turn ON

1. Check Battery Power
Press the battery indicator button to confirm whether the battery has power.
• Reinstall the battery once
• Make sure the battery is locked firmly into place
2. Confirm Correct Startup Method
• First press the safety lock
• Then press the power switch
Both buttons must be pressed at the same time.
3. Check Whether the Chain Is Too Tight or Jammed
Please confirm:
• The chain can move slightly by hand
• No wood chips or branches are blocking the chain
• The guide bar is not severely misaligned
A chain that is too tight may prevent the machine from starting.
4. Check for Motor Overheat Protection
After long periods of continuous use, the machine may enter protection mode.
Recommendation:
• Let the machine cool down for 10–15 minutes
• Then restart the machine
5. Low Temperature Effect
Low temperatures may affect battery output

Recommendation: Place the battery at room temperature for several minutes before use.
6. Still Will Not Start
Please contact customer support and provide:
• A video of the issue
• Battery indicator status
• Whether there is any sound when starting

4. Won’t Shut Off

1. Remove the Battery
• If the chain keeps moving after releasing the trigger
• Remove the battery immediately Do not touch the chain until it stops
completely.
2. Check the Switch
• Trigger stuck or not returning
• Safety lock blocked
Clean away sawdust or debris.
3. Check for Moisture
• Used in wet or humid conditions?
Remove battery and dry completely before testing.
4. Let It Cool Down
• Heavy use may cause temporary malfunction
Wait 15–20 min before restarting.
5. Still Not Working
Do not continue using the saw.
Please contact customer support and provide:
• A video of the issue
• Whether removing the battery stops it?
• Switch condition
This helps us determine if repair or replacement is needed.

5. Battery Issues

1. Battery Won’t Charge
Check:
• Charger connection
• Power outlet
• Battery fully inserted
• Charging indicator
Indicator:
• Red = Charging
• Green = Fully charged
• No light = Reconnect and try again
Clean battery contacts if dirty.
2. Battery Has Power but Saw Won’t Start
Check:
• Battery locked in place
• Loose connection
• Dirty contacts
Reinstall and test again.
3. Short Battery Runtime
Possible causes:
• Heavy use
• Long storage without charging
• Cold temperature
• Battery aging
Charge fully before use.
4. Battery Gets Hot
Slight warmth is normal.
Stop use if:
• Too hot to touch
• Gets hot while charging
• Overheats quickly
Wait until fully cooled.

6. Wood Chips Clogged

1. Remove the Battery
• Turn off power before cleaning
• Prevent accidental startup
2. Check for Wood Chip Build-Up
Inspect:
• Guide bar groove
• Around the chain
• Inside side cover
• Drive sprocket area
• Chip outlet
Heavy build-up may block chain movement.
3. Clean the Machine
Use:
• Small brush
• Dry cloth
• Wooden or plastic tool
Do not rinse with water.
4. Check Chain Movement
Make sure:
• Chain moves slightly by hand
• No sticking
• No debris remains

7. Chain Lubrication

Keep the chain lubricated for smoother cutting and longer tool life.
1. Remove the Battery
• Turn off power before lubrication
• Prevent accidental startup
2. Apply Oil
Add oil to:
• Inside of the chain
• Guide bar groove
• Drive sprocket area
Use a small amount only.
3. Run Briefly
• Reinstall the battery
• Run idle for 3–5 sec
This helps spread the oil.
Recommended Oil:
• Chain oil
• Machine lubricant
Temporary option:
• Motor oil
Do not use cooking oil or thick oil.

8. Chain Comes Off / Loose

Press the battery indicator button to confirm whether the battery has power.
After extended use, the chain may gradually become loose due to normal break-in and
heat buildup. This is a normal occurrence.
If the Chain Is Loose, please try these steps:
1. Remove the Battery
• Turn off power before adjustment
2. Adjust Chain Tension
• Loosen the side cover slightly
• Turn the tension knob / screw
Correct tension:
• Chain lifts slightly
• No visible sagging
• Moves smoothly
Too loose = chain may come off
Too tight = reduced tool life
3. Tighten the Side Cover
• Secure before use
If the Chain Comes Off, please try these steps:
1. Remove the Battery
• Prevent accidental startup

9. Proper Cutting Methods

1. DO NOT Cut with the Tip of the Bar
Avoid cutting with the front end of the guide bar.
Use:
• The inner 1/3 area near the saw body
• For better control and smoother cutting
This helps reduce kickback and chain jams.
2. DO NOT Force the Saw
Excessive pressure may:
• Increase motor load
• Drain battery faster
• Reduce cutting performance
Correct method:
• Apply light pressure
• Let the chain pull itself into the wood
• Keep a steady cutting motion

10. Safety Reminder

Always wear:
• Non-slip gloves
• Safety goggles
Please note:
• Do not use in rainy or wet conditions
• Keep out of reach of children
• Never touch the chain while it is moving
