IMOUMLIVE 21V Lithium Ion Battery 3.0Ah

I purchased a pole saw for Christmas 2024. By the summer, the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I purchased a second battery then, and now, a year later, both batteries are not holding a charge. In addition, the charger that came with the pole saw no longer works.
Don't waste your money.

I like the telescoping pole saw for the most part; as well as the fact that you can remove the saw and use it as a small handheld chainsaw. However, this unit does have some issues. The chain tension amount is rather finicky. It loosens to the point of sloppy too easily; and if you tighten it too much to compensate for that it will bind or come off the bar.
Also, the plastic cam tighteners on the pole are cheap and weak. Be sure and have them loose when you lock them, then tighten the knob button or you can break them. Also, the battery only lasted about 20 recharges before it went completely dead and wouldn't recharge at all . Glad I bought a like new used one for about half price. I ended up buying another Imoumlive mini hand saw with two smaller, but compatible batteries on sale for the same price as a new replacement battery only so I could use the original pole saw. I wished I'd spent a little more on a saw that would use DeWalt batteries. I've been unsuccessful in finding a Imoumlive to DeWalt battery adapter.

Used two of the three batteries. Seem to work fine. I would purchase from this supplier again.
